Punter Camp is a free betting site for people who want to run a betting contest for a particular sports event among their friends.
To be able to take part in a betting competition You need to register and login.
Fill out the registration form and login. Don't worry we'll take good care of Your personal information and never share anything with third parties. Everything is encrypted and safely stored.
A camp is a collection of people who compete against each other by guessing the correct outcome for all matches of a specific sports event (for eg. all matches in 2018 FIFA World Cup). You can join a camp created by one of Your friends if You know the camp name.
Creating a betting group (a camp) is easy and takes around 2 minutes. By creating a camp You become the admin of that camp with certian responsibilities, ie. You need to name Your camp, distribute the invites to Your friends, via email or other means and activate each friend that joins the camp. Only activated users can place bets.
While it is fun to allow betting on past events there are a couple of rules You have to accept.
In each round You can guess the correct score for the upcoming fixtures, the outcome bet will turn up automatically. It is not possible to input a different outcome than the outcome derived from the score given for each teams. For fixtures, betting is possible before the specific fixture begins. For event winners and top scorers the bet can be placed before the event begins.
5 points are awarded for each fixture You hit correctly. Partial points are awarded for correct number of goals for each team and the correct outcome (see table). When the score of a fixture updates, the points for You and Your fellow punters in the camp also updates. The total sum of points make up the rank of a fellow camper in descending order.

When the event finishes we declare a winner: the Camp Master (1st place). Vice Camp Master (2nd place) and Secretary of Camp Master (3rd place) are also awarded. After the event finishes You can create a new Camp from the repository of available events and start a new contest for glory.
